1. Who you are contracting with

The Healthy Nail Method is sold by Shannon Smith, trading as Modest.co ("we", "us", "our"). By purchasing or using the guide you are entering into an agreement with us on the terms set out below.

2. Acceptance

By purchasing or accessing The Healthy Nail Method you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not purchase or use the guide.

3. The product

The Healthy Nail Method is a digital ebook in PDF format. After successful payment you will receive a download link by email at the address you provide at checkout. Please ensure your email address is entered correctly.

4. Payment, billing and refunds

Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Card details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers. Refunds and billing queries are governed by our Refund Policy.

5. Licence and personal use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and use the guide for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • share, copy, forward or distribute the guide or any part of it to any third party;
  • resell, re-license or commercially exploit the guide or its contents;
  • upload or share the guide on any platform, website, file-sharing service or social media channel;
  • use the contents to create derivative works for commercial purposes.

6. Intellectual property

All content within The Healthy Nail Method, including text, images, layout and design, is owned by Shannon Smith / Modest.co and is protected by copyright. No part of the guide may be reproduced, distributed or transmitted in any form without our prior written permission.

7. Service availability

We take reasonable care to make the guide and this website available, but we do not guarantee that access will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the guide if you materially breach these Terms, including by sharing or redistributing the guide, attempting to circumvent technical limits, or using the product fraudulently or unlawfully.
